SHIPPING TIME

• Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
• In certain situations, shipping may take 7 to 14 business days.
• We appreciate your understanding in the event of delays in shipment status updates during exceptional circumstances.
• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday).
• No shipments are made on national holidays.
• If you place an order during a public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

SPECIAL TERMS

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• Shipments may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or courier disruptions.
• DUVADERM is not responsible for any delays caused by such factors.
• All duties, taxes, and government-imposed fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• We are unable to process or ship orders with incorrect or invalid shipping addresses.
• Packages delivered to the wrong address cannot be reshipped, and customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
