Duvaderm Return Policy 

At Duvaderm, we don’t just create skincare that works—we build experiences you can trust. If your order isn’t what you hoped for, our return policy is here to ensure clarity, care, and accountability at every step.

1. Return Window & Eligibility
   • Returns must be requested within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
   • Items must be in new, unused condition, and returned in original packaging.
   • Opened or used items are not eligible unless there is a manufacturing defect.
   • Products purchased under special discounts or promotions are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Unboxing Video (Required)
   • A clear unboxing video is required for all return requests.
   • It must be recorded as the product is first opened—before usage.
   • Requests without unboxing videos will not be processed.
3. How to Request a Return

   Include the following:
   • Order number or proof of purchase
   • Reason for return
   • Unboxing video
   We'll follow up with return instructions.
   
   
4. Return Shipping
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a Duvaderm error.
   • Please use a trackable courier service for your return shipment.
5. Refund Processing
   • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
   • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
   • Some banks may take additional time to process the refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
   • Notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery if your item is damaged or defective.
   • We’ll arrange for an exchange or full refund, subject to stock availability, at no extra charge.
7. Non-Returnable Items
   We are unable to accept returns for:
   • Used or opened products (unless defective)
   • Customized or personalized items
   • Opened skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
