Duvaderm’s headquarter is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

We currently ship to Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. We are looking to expand our shipping to other Southeast Asian countries soon, stay tuned!

Duvaderm aims to ship within 1 to 2 business days (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 2 pm GMT+7 are processed the next business day. 

Courier or shipping services take around 2-5 days depending on your courier choice and shipping location. Due to the coronavirus situation, parcels may be delayed.
