Return Policy

You are welcome to return any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging) within 7 days of receiving the order. Returns that do not meet our policy* will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.

We currently do not take refunds. All sales are final.

Exchanges are welcome under the following criteria* 

-Damaged, broken, wrong product, packaging malfunction, missing item

All exchanges must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order. An unboxing video is required to process the exchange. Any complaints issued without unboxing videos and photos will not be accepted. Please note, your original shipping charges will not be refunded, but we will send the product replacement without additional shipping charges.
